Due to the impact of COVID on shipping services, delivery times may be extended and are not guaranteed within their estimated time frame.
In light of COVID, we want to let you know that we are still shipping your online orders as per normal, with minimal delays. The greatest precautions are being taken with the health of our customer service team so all staff are working from home except one employee (Marta!) who is the only member of our staff that enters the warehouse to fulfill orders. Additionally, our shipping partners are now offering contact-less deliveries to protect the health and safety of our customers.
Time Frame and Destination
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Two Day and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 12pm MTN on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday. Most orders will ship out within 48 hours of ordering.
Fedex, USPS and DHL are not guaranteed within their estimated time frame.
We cannot change or alter your order or shipping information once the order leaves our warehouse. To make these changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order, or before 12PM MTN.
Shipping time ranges and depends on destination. We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped along with your tracking number.
Free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100 USD and free shipping on international orders over $200!
