Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay and Afterpay.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Contact us immediately via email. If your order has already left our premises, we unfortunately cannot do anything about it.

How do I redeem a discount code or gift card?

At checkout, there is a section in your cart to add a gift card code or discount code. Discount codes are not stackable.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at cs@mikabodywear.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been receieve, we will send you an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order, first check your spam folder as they sometimes end up there. If its not there, please contact us at cs@mikabodywear.com.

In general, orders will be fulfilled within 3 days of placing the order. Once fulfilled, they typically take between 1-6 days to arrive. International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.We do not ship most Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. You may use this tracking to follow its journey to you! 

You will also receive an email confirmation once it is out for delivery and then delivered. 

 

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. If you are having issues finding your country at checkout, please contact for further information.

When will my order arrive?

In general, orders will be fulfilled within 3 days of placing the order. Once fulfilled, US orders typically take between 1-6 days to arrive. International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

Any and all shipping methods are NOT guaranteed within their estimated time frames.

Please note that orders placed after 12PM PST on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday. 

You should receive an email notification once your order is out for delivery and then delivered.

Please note that international USPS tracking numbers may stop tracking once they leave the states. Your package is still moving, it has just been transferred to a local delivery service.

US Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping for US orders over $100.

Outside of this, shipping rates depend on the weight of the pacakge and the destination. You can check how much shipping will cost at checkout, just enter in your address and your estimated shipping costs will come up! 

 

International Shipping Costs

We offer free standard international shipping on orders over $200 (duties NOT included).

Duties and/or local taxes may apply in your country and be due upon delivery. Any charges incurred from refusal of duties payment or package delivery will be the responsibility of the recipient and will thus be deducted from your refund. No original shipping costs are refundable.

Shipping Issues

My package isn't moving, whats up?

Please allow at least 5 days for your package to be scanned at any point in the shipping process. Our carriers are working hard to get your package to you which can sometimes result in delays. If your package is delayed more than 5 days from its initial scan, please contact the shipping carrier for further information on the status of your package.

My package says it was delivered, but its not here.

Mika is not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen/damaged, nor are we responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.
 
We have found that oftentimes the delivery carriers will mark a package as delivered before they actually deliver it, so give it a couple days and it will most likely show up!
If it doesn't, we would first recommend checking with any neighbors, or if you are in an apartment, check with the office as sometimes packages can be misdelivered. 
After that, we recommend contacting the local carrier office as they may be able to track it down for you since they were the last to have it.
If its still missing after checking these places, please contact us at cs@mikabodywear.com and we will be more than happy to help you out!
 

I used the wrong address. Now what?

Contact us as soon as you can. If the package is still at our warehouse, we can adjust your information. 

However, once your package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our hands and we will not be able to change anything. At this point, we would recommend you contact the shipping carrier to see if they can intercept and reroute the package to your correct address.

Its saying I owe duties?

Duties charges and/or local taxes may apply in your country. Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Return requests must be submitted and shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your order

Full price items are returnable for a refund or store credit.

Sale items are returnable for store credit.

Last Chance, Deal of the Week/Day, BOGO, and otherwise marked items are final sale, no returns. 

 

If your item(s) qualifies for a return, it must also follow these guidelines:

  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and like new with hangtags attached.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 Days
  • All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • US customers have the option to select a prepaid label for a $5 fee that will be taken out of your refund total. All others may ship their returns back via their own method.
  • We do not currently offer exchanges. In lieu of this, please return your items as shown below and just place a new order for the new items.

Please note that all garments are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to deny any returns if they violate the above terms.

How do I return an item?

If your order qualifies for a return, please follow the link below to start the return process. You will need your order number and email, zip code, or phone number to submit your request. You will be given the option of a refund or credit, depending on the items you are returning, as well as the option to choose a $5 prepaid label, or to ship it back with your own method.

How long does it take to return an item?

If you choose to use a Mika prepaid label, this typically arrives back to us within 5 days from being dropped off with the carrier.

If you choose your own method to ship it back, we highly recommend choosing a form with tracking so you can keep an eye on it.

As soon as your return arrives back to us, has been inspected, and follows our policies, we will issue your refund/credit. From our receiving your return to your refund/credit being processed can take anywhere from 1-4 days. Please note that if you are receiving a refund, it may also take a couple days after us processing it to show up in your account.

Return Policy

  • All garments are subject to inspection.
  • Return requests must be made and shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order for the option of a refund or store credit.

  • All returns for items purchased through a retail outlet other than Mika must be handled by the original location of purchase.
  • Sale items are returnable for store credit only. Deal of the week/day & Last Chance items are final sale, no returns.

If we see there is a violation of any of the above rules, we will not issue a refund or store credit.

Wash in cold water - by hand or on delicate / low cycle. Dry low heat or hang to dry for best conditions. Do not wash or dry with Towels.

Our wholesale program offers clients with retail spaces access to Mika Body Wear products at unbeatable wholesale prices! Below you will find more information regarding our policies: 
 
Current wholesale discount: 40% Off         Current minimum: $300
  • Client must agree to purchase merchandise at or above the minimum for every order, no exceptions.
  • Wholesale pricing does not apply to Last Chance items, Pre-Loved items, or Jewelry.
  • Duties and taxes are decided by the recipient country, are due upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any refusal of packages will be subject to return fees. 
  • No returns or exchanges are permitted on wholesale orders.
  • Client must provide a valid Seller’s Permit Number & a copy of your resale license/sellers permit.
  • Retailers that are selling online must provide an active URL.
  • Client may not sell Mika merchandise on Amazon.com, Ebay.com, or any commerce website not approved by Mika Body Wear.
